Since recent jupyter extension update, cannot connect to kernel or run code

Yesterday there was a jupyter extension update, it shows version 2025.4.0 now.

I was unable to run any code or connect to the kernel (see https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-jupyter/issues/16650).

Disabling nbdev extension made it work again...
