Update shufflenet_1x_g3_deploy.prototxt

In the prototxt, the group number of the 3*3 conv layer is not set. However i am troubled whether the number of group should be 3 or the number of input feature map. Thank you for your reply. And I remake the proto that modify the group number based on the input channel.
