"Phantom bar" makes lower area of screen unclickable with collapsed Taskbar in full screen apps
This is literally the only major issue I have, but it is quite substantial.
When I launch a full screen app with collapsed Taskbar, the whole area where the taskbar incl. whitespace would be (the bottom ~5% of my screen, full 100% width) becomes unclickable. In fact, clicking that area also pauses the app and makes the Android home button show on the right side. Ironically, when uncollapsing/maximizing Taskbar over a full screen app, that area can be clicked without popping out of the app.
I tried literally all combinations of settings to shut down this behaviour. Sometimes, closing and re-starting Taskbar fixes the issue for a limited time, before this behaviour continues. I can reproduce the issue 100% of the time.
Rooted Note 9, Android Pie, assuming landscape mode for all my descriptions. I also think, this is what a user tried* to describe in issue #63 .
