Add notifications area

I have noticed that the current "notifications area" just opens the notifications panel, but it doesn't open it on the second screen in desktop mode, and I would like the same functionality as sentio desktop. the only thing that sentio has on Taskbar is the notifications and wifi-menu, but it is missing the desktop replacement functionality that Taskbar has.
