What about the PlayStation Portable version of SEGA Genesis / SEGA Mega Drive Collection? Can you extract the games from this version, either off a digital download or a UMD? Are there any games exclusive to the PSP version?

That's a good question. I think the Genesis games are all the same, but I think the PSP version have some exclusive arcade games. If the PSP ISO contains the same file setup, it might work. However, this method seems to only work on the Genesis games. I have no idea how to extract any arcade games, or if they will run on anything at all.
