Orebody: Binder's Tale
Steam version appears to be emulated. I can't confirm with the full, but the demo contains ROMs:

They need to have the data before NES removed.
I have not tested the ROMs fully. But they do load and run in emulators, sound included.

Comparing those files to the demo above, they were the same files. So it appears you can extract the full ROMs from the demo. The "eShop" version is likely for the Switch version of the game, as several games seem to include the Switch version as well as the Steam version. They may show different controls ("+" instead of "start", for example).
