This cartridge dumper pcb is a handy tool. Be aware that the software is in beta though. It can dump Master System, Genesis/Mega Drive, NES/Famicom, SNES/Super Famicom, N64, Gameboy/Gameboy Color and Gameboy Advance games. http://www.infiniteneslives.com/inlretro.php (I use this along with http://arekuse.net/apps/inl_starter.zip)

Retroarch lets you rip games from disc. I've gotten all of my Playstation games backed up this way. If you don't have an optical drive (CD/DVD/Blu-ray) the option won't show up, but Dump Disc shows up under Main Menu when an optical drive is detected.
