Hi - I loved AppNotifier when it first came out, but have noticed that it's not prompting me about updates any longer. Has support for the app been dropped?

Update build toolchain and target Android 33

This PR updates the toolchain, dependencies and targets Android 33. Also, repositories to download plugins and dependencies were updated as [JCenter was made read-only](https://blog.gradle.org/jcenter-shutdown).

Works perfectly on Android TV with remote. Only thing missing is a leanback banner.

Hello, I'd like to request additional option to monitor other app stores instead of just "Google Play Stores" and "all others". Thank you for developing this app.
