Add Rutube Embed Player support

Hi, in my project crucial to have videos from Rutube on it and I made this addition to make it work with Rutube API

Right now to use Fancybox with Rutube videos it needs to create modal with iframe from rutube. After this PR all that developer needs to do is to paste correct URL to href of anchor link like it would be Youtube or Vimeo video.
