Update esp-idf-sys to 0.35.0
Thank you. Have you tried this? I currently don't have the time to test this out on hardware.
I have pulled esp-ota locally and also changed the esp-idf-sys version to 0.35.0 and it built fine. My MWE code for BT OTA updating seemingly also worked fine with it.
So if you find the time to update it upstream that would be great!

Sorry, I didn't see this PR before adding one myself. Confirmed 0.35 works on an Arduino Nano esp32s3. I added a couple other minor fixes in my PR as well. Thanks!
Thanks for the contribution! I have not been coding a lot of embedded lately, so I reacted a bit slow to this.
esp-idf-sys 0.36 dropped before I even merged this :see_no_evil: I plan on releasing esp-ota 0.2.1 with this bump for now, since many projects are probably still left on esp-idf-sys 0.35. And I have not yet tested this with the 0.36 versions.
esp-idf-sys 0.35 upgraded embuild to version 0.32. We should do the same here to not require multiple versions in the dependency tree of esp-ota users.
I did that bump and a bunch of other maintenance to refresh this library a bit. Version 0.2.1 has been released!
