Diagnostic tool with summary tab

Feature Description

Add a tool that calculates the standard stats from ArviZ in a data grid for the tool.

this will need to wait until the effective sample size tool has been created, since the summary uses ESS calculations, see https://python.arviz.org/en/latest/api/generated/arviz.summary.html#arviz-summary
