Which versions of Draft.js, and which browser / OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of Draft.js? It is normal in version 0.10.5, but not in version 0.11.5.

I experienced the same error when using draft.js in SSR environment. I now load the editor component dynamically and the error is gone.
I had the same problem using Next.js and used @zeekrey 's solution to dynamically load the editor and the problem was gone
