FabricJSIModuleProvider -> FabricUIManagerProviderImpl

Summary: Refactoring FabricJSIModuleProvider to implement the newly added UIManagerProvider interface instead of the JSIModuleProvider in order to get rid of JSI Module thereby renaming it to FabricUIManagerProviderImpl
