Unable to downgrade installed pods even cocoapods downgraded.

Description

Upgraded my cocoapods from COCOAPODS: 1.10.1 to 1.11.3 and did pod install all my packages updated as shown in above image. Again i downgraded my COCOAPODS from 1.11.3 to 1.10.1 removed podfile.lock and installed pods again. However my podfile.lock shows it has COCOAPODS: 1.10.1 installed but all the other pods in podfile are still showing same and not downgraded. Please help.........

Steps to reproduce

pod update...updated my cocoapods but downgrade not making packages downgrade in react native

Its should be biometrics 2.1.4 for cocoapods 1.10.1 when installed for first time.
