Support for ~ home sing

First of all, amazing project, keep it up! Would be great to have support for relative paths like the home ~/.gitignore one. Even better if to have variables like $HOME/.gitignore.

Any plans on the roadmap? Best

are you saying ~/.gitignore doesn't match the file matcher? that's most likely just a regex issue rather than any intentional ignoring going on
