"Hyperparameter Optimization via Raytune" link in website is broken.

Just a head's up that clicking on this link in the tutorial page leads to a 404.

Thanks for the heads up @lambertsbennett. In the meantime, here's a link to the tutorial notebook stored on github: https://github.com/facebook/Ax/blob/01ccc2270261b71345fee459451e4104e73af7a6/tutorials/raytune_pytorch_cnn.ipynb#L53 -- it should work if ran locally. Ah yes, we stopped generating the Raytune tutorial in #1974 because it "mysteriously fails." We should [ ] Change the website to not point users to a 404 page [ ] Eventually fix the tutorial

Okay we've removed the link to the Raytune tutorial, and the fix is ready on master - we plan to cut the release tomorrow and the website will be updated.

For the wishlist, the follow up is: [ ] Eventually fix the tutorial
