[BUG] Unable to Download/Restore UCS file generate from Journeys Summary Stage
Download UCS Options produces a file that is not readable by BIG-IP and or archive utility During Journeys Full Migration when reading from an online BIG-IP system you proceed to the "Journey Summary" step and have the option to Download the UCS file. When selecting this option a UCS file is downloaded however when uploading to a BIG-IP it does not recognize the file. You also cannot read the UCS contents using a RAR utility. The BIG-IP cannot process the file nor can you restore from it.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Utilize the Journeys tool, when at Journey Summary step select Download UCS
- Verify the file is downloaded with a .ucs extension
- Pick a BIG-IP and upload the UCS archive file
- Attempt to restore the UCS archive file, the BIG-IP system will stay in Loading UCS indefinitely.
- Attempt to open the UCS file with a RAR utility, You will receive an error message "The archive is in an unknown format or damaged"
Expected behavior The UCS file is expected to be readable by a RAR utility and also by the BIG-IP once it is uploaded

Please try the newest version and see if the issue is reproducible.

Looks like disabling UCS passphrase seems to resolve this.. I can open the UCS file via archive utility and BIG-IP can read it properly. Validating restore function works fine with this UCS-no-passphrase.
