Same here! Ive tried moving the folder where im doing the blur process to another drive and solves the issue SOMETIMES, but keeps happening.

EDIT: DISCOVERED THE FIX? I THINK? Not sure if it works all the time, but i think the error is in some part of the code, there is a double slash ( // ) , but well.

The "fix" : putting the ".blur-config.cfg" and your video in the root of your drive, allowed me to finish the rendering at the first attempt. Doing it into a folder can make it fail randomly, really weird. But putting into the root of the drive worked for me.

EDIT 2: second attempt doing the process into the root of a drive and worked again seamlessly, before the same file couldnt finished rendering but now it worked.

EDIT 3: Worked for the third time with a file that could finish the render, first attempt and worked

EDIT 4: After doing it with 5 files, the 6th time it failed, and to get it working I moved the config file and the video to another root drive and did the process there and worked. Pretty weird issue.
