For some reason when i render a video in blur, this always happens

I tried to change file name, change settings, or change file location, or change record settings, non of them works. Does anyone know how to fix this?

i did this and im still hvaing this issue, doesnt matter how long or short the video is, its always failed for me

this error cannot occur if your preview is disabled, make sure youve edited the right config file
