Why does it keep increasing the file size and can't stop?

"interpolated fps: 6.8x" set an fps value, not a multiplier so like 240 or something

it's file keeps "increasing" because it has not finished rendering and writing the whole file (which appears to be at least 37 minutes long? i've never seen such a long video be used on blur)
