Why is client re-running after receiving "op code 11" 3-times?

In my app it can't be re_run (i dont know why) and everything breaks down after receiving op code 11 3-times Why it must be re-runned?

There's some bug on the lib Discord-S.C.U.M, when re-connect, the message handle gets idle. re-run can fix that issue
