Toolbar/tabs looks ugly on win10

There are some problems with win10 rendering:

It's also same in OS X 10.11.5.

Toolbars on Ubuntu 16.04 also look bad, same on gtk2 and gtk3.

  • Selection in trees is not visible.
  • Scrollbars are in wrong color
  • Page separators are in wrong color and too wide
