broken: ext-breadcrumb component not accepted within ext-panel's tBar/bBar

Found: Ext.NET 7.0.0-preview4_2020-07-21.

the ext-breadcrumb component is not being accepted within an ext-panel's tBar and bBar blocks.

It is accepted within an items block in the component, though.
