There is no selection change DirectEvent on GridPanel in Ext.Net 7. The SelectionModel type is missing.

This is not only that. The very listener block is not accepted within a grid panel.

Intellisense "paints" resolved tag helper items in greenish tint, not blue. Besides this code is resulting in a runtime error upon loading the page in -preview3.
