What if an extension is removed from Packagist ?

We need to test how Bazaar reacts if an extension is no longer available from packagist (and same for our own satis endpoint).

The big question is whether the user would be able to uninstall it if it gets removed from flagrow.io list of extensions or if it would be required to use the command line composer to get out of the mess :thinking:
