Error with fof-discussion-language

Steps to reproduce

1. using Bazar to install fof-discussion-language
2. Gives a error messages Oops! Something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again.

Expected behaviour

Plug-in should install.

Actual behaviour

It gives error and fails to install.
