I don't think so, but I'll keep an eye out for it. I think I have had some occasional issues with images not loading on hover, but I haven't paid attention to the pattern because it was so rare. If it happens again to me, I'll keep track.

I've noticed that gifv are a little hit and miss at times, but I haven't had any issues with jpg or png extensions nor standard animated gif.
