[v3] Rename track to ReScript?

Reason is now ReScript. Although there is a split in the community with reason still existing, looks like the future will be rescript with all the community efforts.

The v3 reason track does not have any exercises as of now and I am planning to work on adding some now. Before I do that, should we rename the track to rescript?

If yes, what changes are required for such a rename? - apart from renaming the directory in /languages ofcourse.

Renaming makes sense.

Only requires renaming the slugs in config.json, updating the blurb, and renaming the languages etc. folders. Later the repos might need to be renamed too.

Hi @samfrances I started working on it a couple days back and we have a branch rescript with changes #171 #172 and #173 so far. I'm planning to complete all existing exercises in the next few days and then make the switch (merge in the rescript branch into main).
