Significant encoding lag if using the same encoding method on multiple video streams.

If I use NVENC, StreamFX's FFMPEG NVENC settings, or x264 on more than one file, performance of these encoders tanks to around 8fps. This can be worked around by making a separate OBS instance using the same encoder on the sources you want to record.
