Record with custom framerate

Hello. You have created a great and infinitely useful plugin that has opened up a new layer of possibilities for me to post-production my streams! Thank you!

Are there any ways to record the source at a different frame rate than the one used in the OBS video settings? My webcam provides only 30FPS picture, so I don't see the point in spending a bitrate on duplicate frames to match 60FPS of the main stream.

I tried specifying r=30 and filter:v=fps=30 in the x264 parameters, but it had no effect.

Do you have any ideas about this?
