Combine chapters and parts in TOC tree

Description / Summary

It would be useful to be able to create a TOC tree that includes both chapters and parts, e.g.:

• Abstract
• Acknowledgements
• Part 1: Introduction
  • General introduction
  • More specific stuff
• Part 2: Objectives
  • Hypothesis and Goals
• Part 3: Methods
  • MRI
  • Quantum state decomposition
  • Time travel ...

Value / benefit

This structure is used in many table of content outlines, such as PhD theses. Generally, it could add a lot of flexibility in structuring the TOC.
