Message on modal: "Enable collateral to borrow"

"Cuando intentamos hacer borrow sin habilitar el collateral directamente nos deja pedir $0, quizás estaría bueno considerar una notificación/cartelito/whatever que si un usuario tiene deposits pero no collateral habilitado que diga "enable collateral to borrow" o algo del estilo, en vez de simplemente no mostrar nada."

"Adicionalmente cuando alguien maxxea su borrow y deja su posición en 1.05x, consideraría mostrar una advertencia, como hace AAVE de "your health factor will be dangerously low" o algo de ese estilo."

We need to improve the UX, explaining to the user they need some collateral enabled.

1. The user can check a box on the first deposit to enable collateral. Nevertheless, this doesn't solve the main issue (but it helps a lot). Box enabled by default. ~2. We should explain to the user somehow that they should enable collateral(s) to borrow.~
