Feature request to create a Broadcast to everyone in Telegram

I found a comment on the link below and thought I'd requesting for such a feature here. https://github.com/DrKLO/Telegram/issues/383 Hope this is the right place to make a request. Could the following feature be created: Broadcast function to send a message to all contacts in my app? Whatsapp has a feature to create a Broadcast list (Max 250 contacts), but it would be nicer to have a Broadcast to All in contacts as a feature instead of having to create separate Broadcast Lists feature. Thanks
