How can I make the menu not animate at all when closing?

Setting bouncingEnabled to false makes it use a simple UIView.animation, and then setting animationDuration to 0 would theoretically make the animation instantaneous. However, that's both for opening and closing the menu. If you want to remove animation only for closing you'll have to add a new setting or set these two at the right moment.
