[Bug] Unexpected exit when using `evilscan` via CLI

Firstly, I want to thank you for your work.

I was just trying to scan local IANA dynamic ports, while there was nothing output sometimes.

I could see that Preparing scan, please wait ... full text in CMD but in PowerShell 7+, the text overwritten by echo(?) or input hint(?) PS C:\Users\_____> ase wait ... as following

why would this happen?

Windows 11 Pro, 22H2 (22621.632) with Huorong AV software installed. no proxy.
