[Feature Request] Explicitly state that forward slashes (/) cannot be used in a rule name

Currently when a user tries to use a forward slash in a rule name, the rule does not save and an error appears saying "Error /path/to/rule.json No such file or directory". Some users might be confused as to why the error exists and might not know that they should remove the forward slash.
