DI Core provider only supports Continuous POV

It has been reported in https://github.com/Snoothy/UCR/issues/115 that 4-way POV is not available for remapping in UCR on a vJoy device and it has to be reconfigured to Continuous in order to allow remapping. This is fine for vJoy but might be problematic for other devices
