Reduce extent of re-inking travel

The large "diamond" is good for crayola, but will exceed the extents of the small half-pans for Artists watercolor paints.

Hmm. Agreed. This somewhat depends on the "custom tool change actions", then we can simply have a slider in the settings for wiggle amount, with the max at what's needed for Crayola pans, and min at 0.
