Redshift connector in Settings UI
Until now, we've "supported" Redshift, but not really made it intuitive for the end user.
You had to choose postgres from the dropdown menu, and then slightly take a guess at the db credentials / connection string required.
This PR adds an explicit UI option for redshift. In reality, it's still a wrapper for postgres, but it should give more helpful direction and confidence to users on Redshift.
