[Bug]: PDF should not export with dark mode styling

Describe the bug

if you export to PDF from dark mode, it applies dark mode styling to the pages, which looks very odd

Steps to Reproduce

switch to dark mode and export to pdf from the kebab menu

workaround by switching to light mode before export

also when using light mode with a theme with non-white background (like retro theme), the pdf will contain the background color but not on charts. this also looks odd. I suggest not to respect the background color and apply white background when exporting pdf.
