Videos buffer constantly

Even though a video has been watched before, there is still the loading spinner shown when it shouldn't be, since the browser must've cached it already.

@evgeny-nadymov Looks like the browser thinks that it has to load some video files from GitHub and not from TG servers.

I feel like this issue is somewhat specific to channels.

It's not specific to channels after all. But it is random.

CTRL + Shift + R and they start loading again.
