Fix MariaDB 10.6 issue and syntax error

This pull request aims to fix issue when using the newest MariaDB 10.6 with the feature "that by default any table with a row_format of compressed is accessed as read-only". See https://help.nextcloud.com/t/mariadb-10-6-0-compressed-row-format-depreciation/115008

Also last pull request https://github.com/evertramos/docker-nextcloud-letsencrypt/pull/28 introduced a syntax error.

Me neither. Seems to be an issue with the nextcloud website: https://help.nextcloud.com/

Try Google search https://www.google.com/search?q=nextcloud%20mariadb%2010.6&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-m and use cache.
