User interface bugs in confirmation and RSVP tracking

Edits to order confirmation information do not update on new email campaigns. You would have to start over with a brand new event to edit order confirmation message. There is currently no way to re-initiate RSVP tracking on new email campaigns for the same event since the default is no RSVP tracking for all new email campaigns. Help page information about how to update RSVP tracking is outdated and does not match the current page GUI. The only way to reinitiate RSVP tracking with a new email campaign is to recreate the entire event or duplicate an existing email campaign that has RSVP tracking... but then you can't change the order confirmation message.
