Apply constrained min/maxCurrent from vehicle AND loadpoint

If minCurrent or maxCurrent is set on loadpoint and the identified vehicle the final current constraints should by applied with respect to both limitation layers.

Example:

lp:
  minCurrent: 6
  maxCurrent: 16

vehicle:
  minCurrent: 8
  maxCurrent: 32

Final applied limits should be minCurrent: 8 and maxCurrent: 16.

In current implementation the vehicle settings are applied completly ignoring the loadpoint setting. This MAY result in overcurrent and other glitches in special situations.
