Mongrel and Ruby 1.9.2

When I try to run Mongrel under Ruby 1.9.2, ruby says it can't find it. I have installed mongrel-1.2.0-pre.

Running Windows Vista service pack 1.

Are mongrel and ruby 1.9.2 incompatible.

Please provide exact commands you're executing and exact output you're getting.

Also please note that Mongrel is not compatible with rails application, so mongrel_rails start will not work.
