envied Update thor to a more recent version

Rails 6 depends on thor ~> 1.0.0, which caused envied to resolve to version 0.5.0.

This patch updates thor dependency to ~> 1.0.1

Is this a dead project? This completely reasonable PR has waited almost a year without a merge.

The canonical repo is hosted on gitlab, this is just a mirror. I've created the same PR there and also no reaction from the maintainer. I have since moved to the dry family of gems. Dry-rails has a similar functionality
