Change Oculus to use official ES ruby lib

The rubberband ES library which Oculus uses is now deprecated, change Oculus to use officially supported ES ruby library

Moreover elasticsearch 1.0 renamed a vital API entry point "_cluster/nodes" to just "_nodes" which required me to patch rubberband installation on the spot (the newest rubberband version still uses "_cluster/nodes").
