Fix bug with re-selecting vendor in "add vendor" modal on configure consent page

Refer to PROD-1205.

After selecting a vendor in the new “add vendor” modal, and then re-selecting it before saving, to change to a different vendor, there is an un-styled select state on that previously selected vendor.
