Bee dashboard suggest I update but I already have the version it suggests

After installing bee-desktop via ethswarm.org webpage and running bee-dashboard in terminal, the bee-dashboard states I do not have the latest version and should update. See screenshot for version I am running and for version that it tells me to install - they are the same. I suppose the checking mechanism checks for 1.8.*, which is actually the latest currently, but the install code snippet does not reflect that.

(Also note that I am running Linux, and it offered me the MacOS tab instructions first, I had to switch the tabs.)
