Make build for Linux

Existing 0.8.1 Linux build is incompatible with Ethereum Classic and there is no Linux build in 0.9.1 release yet. Who can take care of this?

I can work on a linux build, anything specific needed for this?

There is a Gulp build file, which makes the build. But it was failing on my Mac, most likely because of system libs incompatibilities. So first of all you need to try it on linux gulp wallet --platform linux and fix gulp config if there're any problems. If you'll get a working installation binary, we'll ask @ericsomdahl to include this build to Team City
